Porterhouse steaks are cut from the rear end of the short loin and include a large section of the tenderloin. They resemble a T-shaped bone separating a piece of strip from a piece of tenderloin. Enjoy the moderately tender, strong flavor and generous marbling of the strip along with the buttery, super-tender and mildly flavored goodness of the tenderloin! The complex mix of tastes comes alive in our Porterhouse steak harvested from grass-fed, naturally-raised American Buffaloes.
