Secured from the mid-rear portion of the loin, the Porterhouse cut has been fondly referred to as the ‘King of T bones.’ The cut combines the New York Strip and the filet mignon, wrapping flavor and succulence in each bite! Our Angus beef is secured from grass-fed cattle that are raised in a private lush green reserve that is set away from pollution and commercialization. The resulting beef is 100% organic without any hormonal or antibiotic interference to enhance flavors. Our grass-fed beef is dry aged 21 days before the portioning process, to ensure that you have flavorful and melt-in-the-mouth tender beef at your disposal!
