Grass Fed Angus Beef T-Bone Steaks


The T-bone Angus steak is secured from the short loin that takes on a T-shape, holding meat on either side of the bone. The classic T bone cut has a gorgeous strip running on one of its sides and a tender filet on the other and is slightly smaller than a Porterhouse cut. What’s more is the meat has been harvested from grass-fed Angus in an exclusive reserve. The beef T-bone cuts are expertly dry aged about 21 days before being portioned to enhance their tenderness and flavor profiles. Broiled, barbecued or fried, the T-bone beef steak makes for a sumptuous recipe!
